I would wait more before talking about returning cash flow in to crypto markets. Thirty billion is almost nothing, as , for example compared to beginning of 2018 when overall market crypto cap was more than half a trillion and people were waiting for a trillion by the end of 2018. Even though i am very optimistic concerning blockchain projects i prefer to wait for institutional cap that should shake crypto world a bit and perhaps pump a few hundred billion in to the thing.
