There are many coins out there trying to replace ethereum, but not a single coin has achieved that, the greatest contender is a coin called NEO but ethereum has a great advantage already and it's not going to be easy to surpass it, in my opinion something will need to happen to ethereum so NEO can take advantage of that and take away most of its market cap.
