You can buy now. For bitcoin it is not a big price right now. But it will recover it's price very soon. If you buy in this time, hopefully you will be profitable. So don't late buy as possible for you. In every day buy little amount and gather it for big hitting.
I would say the same. I think it's the perfect time while the value of Bitcoin is not skyrocketing yet to the point that it would be far too expensive to buy. Also, what's good about this time is that it is already showing good movement in a way that it has been increasing steadily over the past few weeks, that in itself, could be a preparation for that good that is about to come. Also, upon reading and hearing around, I have seen many predictions that Bitcoin might shoot up to 30k, which is something to look forward to.
