Hitbtc is not scam, but I thing that it is the worse exchange with etherdelta. It is very often buggy, very high commission fees for withdrawal and a terrible support team
Some traders are still using this exchange so this mean that this exchange is not a scam. But yeah, the fees are high and this exchange is consist of poor support team. I rarely use this exchange, I just trade tokens here to take profit from my bounty works this is just a use of hitbtc exchange for me.
