As far as I know about this project you can see them live now https://blupass.co/#roadmap while their ico was extended until Sept 30, 2018 if I am not wrong with this idea of mine. Now about their collected funds on the ico all I know was they have allotted 20 000 000 blupass token for the bounty project campaign.
