In every bounty project you are participating, you will fill up the forms and you can saw there that you need to give your wallet. Most of the wallet we used are MEW MyEtherWallet that will support ERC20 project.  In that wallet they gonna send your rewards after the project will ended. It will depend on what project you will be joining and what wallet they were asking for. Better joing project that supprorts ERC20.
