You really don't want to turn the Tor network into a capitalist system, especially when those affected by censorship are usually the people without money. We at torservers think that it is a great way for everyone who has money to support those that don't. We do not use Tor ourselves, because we live in western societies that already protects most of the properties we want to provide for everyone (protection of free speech etc).
