Basic public services are citizens' constitutional rights, which have been affirmed by Law No. 25/2009 concerning Public Services. But until now the problem of public service in my country remains like an iceberg that cannot melt. Starting from the problem of education and health which is increasingly expensive but worse which closes access for vulnerable groups to the problem of complicated management of documents even though it is part of the right of citizens to get recognition of identity as citizens. There are at least four fundamental problems in public service in my country that need to get the spotlight. Among them are the poor quality of public service products; low / lack of access to public services for vulnerable groups (poor, women), people with disabilities; poor quality of public service delivery and unclear complaint mechanisms and dispute resolution.
