If you look at the underlined part of the definition of Numismatics, then you should not hate Bitcoin or Crypto currencies. Do you think they classify Bitcoin/Crypto currencies as a payment media?

They shouldnt. Numismatics anyway have a lot of fiat coins to collect. If they want to branch out, they can collect physical bitcoins as well. If coins decrease in circulation because of adoption of cryptocurrencies, then their collections will become more valuable.
