Just tried to add a worker and it seems to have added it... but now every time I go the workers page I get this:

Love the error message.. haha.. but now I can't add a second worker. :p



edit: managed to add a second worker and got another internal error.  waited long enough and the workers page eventually went back to normal.  just seems that adding a new worker gets the server angry for a few minutes.
