It is better to hodl your coin than to realize your loss. Trading takes time and if you don't have patience, probably you won't earn money.
I agree, it's better to hold than losing everything. And it would really take some time to decide wether to hold or sell it, imagine how much it hurts but we know and we believe that someday everything will be okay.
you have a strange reason because during strong hold you also can lose everything. For example, the centrabet had a good price for the coin, and then it scammed and the price now is around zero. How did the holding help not to lose money?
