Hodl if more conservative and trade if you are more into risk, fast paced, always watching the price and see opportunity in the moment.but "HODL" gives better results than the stressful and complicated trading.
Even i get tired on holding my coins especially my bitcoin, i always believes in holding because holding can make alot of people profitable again, it is tiring to hold but when the market will be green again we can really have a lot of income.
