I only have limited access at the moment so I can see the data I need for each user. I don't have the ability to run custom searches like that.

I'm still a fan of giving the botted lottery winnings to the other people from the same drawings, just drawing again. of course because I had plenty tickets in that round 
Nah, the botters are still in on it. I'd suggest a month-long lottery would be a good idea.
And because i need an engagement ring.
I'm not sure a win would go so far towards that, I think they're quite a bit more expensive than the 0.5BTC or so that you can win...
