Just read this topic and it was wrong. Bitcoin is just trying to maintain a stable price and there are no signs of bull run yet. Maybe in the upcoming months but it might not be possible for the month of September since the other coins are in a slump. It will not make any sense if bitcoin goes for the bull run when majority of the coins are in red.
