Wrong. That was the escrow address for investment; there were absolutely no statements as to where the coins were going to be held afterwards. Not a single term was broken.
You're trying to tackle this from way too many angles which makes it very clear that it is in fact just a
vendetta. This must be very tiring to read for outsiders; i.e. you keep shifting the goalposts yet there is absolutely no proof of any kind of intentional, non-intentional or any other form of wrongdoing.
