Those altcoin are potential and profitable. But don't forget the old coins that have a huge community like MONERO because it is already replace Bitcoin in darkweb. NEO is also a potential altcoin and also trying to compete with Ethereum.
It is not fully true. Most of transactions in dark web still use Bitcoins. Regarding NEO, it is incorrect to compare NEO with the one of the most popular cryptocurrencies like Ethereum.
