I am sure that we will see this figure in the near future. Ethereum shows very good dynamics this year. If everything continues as planned, then this year the price may rise to 0.15 btc/eth. I would not be surprised at such a development of events. The probability is quite high.
How "dynamics" you mean? ETH lost more to BTC after eight months.
On opposite side we have Binance coin who after this 8 months who not lost anything to BTC from January and also was in TOP20-30 coinmarketcap
