Yes that's serious.
Although we always consider gambling not a healthy activity and most of the people ar against it, but I think that if you have a limit and you play your gambling according your strategy and up to your limit then it cannot harm your too much, you can then play gambling at any time. but it is important to keep it in our mind that we should not exceed the limit that we have fixed for our gambling.
