Hodl.Earth Competitions

Hodl.Earth relies on its community for its longevity. We believe that our users should be rewarded for playing and sustaining Hodl.Earth; as a result, we will reward our community by running a range of competitions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with real rewards.
Every month we give out 1.3 ETH and other prizes to the best designs as voted for by users of HODL Earth.

Artwork Competition
Users create artwork and designs, matching the theme for the month. Designs must be 100 plots or fewer.
To Enter
Create your design at hodl.earth/game
Send a tweet with a screenshot of your design to @hodlearth. Include the hashtag: #hodlcomp and your ETH address.
Users can enter as many times as they want each month.
How to Win
We will retweet your tweet to our followers. The winner will be the tweet with the most likes (+1 point) and retweets (+3 points) at the end of each month.
The Prizes
First place: 1.0 ETH
Second place: 0.25 ETH
Third place: 0.1 ETH
All winners will have the cost of their plot purchases refunded. We may also send a HODL earth T-shirt to players or refund plot purchases of players that we feel have a fun or special effort - even if their design doesn't make the top 3.
All entries will be included in an annual prize draw.

Treasure Hunt Competitions
Embrace your inner bounty hunter by playing our treasure hunts. There are two types of treasure hunts: Flash Challenges and 7 Day challenge

Flash challenges
Random items (eg lambos) will be announced on our discord and Twitter channels every Wednesday at 12 noon which will need to be acquired as quickly as possible to earn a reward.
How to play
Tag your purchases with #flashhodl
Tweet a screenshot of your plot purchase and your ETH address to the @HodlEarth twitter account.
The first 5 players (based on the time stamp on Twitter) will receive a 0.1 ETH reward and refunded plots.

7 Day challenge
Coming soon: miscellaneous items will need to be found on a day to day basis to earn a reward at the end of the week, more information will be shared in our Telegram group and Discord channel.
