The way I see it is that when a woman gained weight during your relationship with her that means you are treating her right. That means a couple of things, First is that for sure you can cook better than her ex-boyfriends and that is why she loves to eat. Second is that, you have the means to treat her in a good dinning experience. She gained weight because you're a good man so I think that means as well that you love her truly.
