I think Neo isn't a very stable coin.
Neo's price value is quite changeable even the position of the coin market cap Neo goes down a bit so you should choose other better coins like Ripple or IOTA.
Neo used to be good but now Neo doesn't show better things.

All altcoin are down, Neo is one of them. Take a look at the altcoin in the top 10 in all coinmarket things that have fallen since early 2018, so do not care about the price at the moment, NEO is a very good cryptocurrency and grows every day to be able to pass ETH.
NEO is a good investment choice as ETH, even better than ETH according to my criteria
