I think Neo isn't a very stable coin.
Neo's price value is quite changeable even the position of the coin market cap Neo goes down a bit so you should choose other better coins like Ripple or IOTA.
Neo used to be good but now Neo doesn't show better things.

There's no altcoin that's stable in terms. They're all subject to price swings and the mood of the market. NEO for me is a good coin which is not immune to price change just like others. A lot of ICOs are launching on the NEO platform which is a good thing for them, in the long run, this will drive the price just like it did for ETH
