We started mining a few years ago as a hobby and we saw many of our favourite coins growth being obstructed by asic miners so we decided to create our own coin. Our team is made up of programmers, project managers and we have a lot of people working in marketing. The majority of us are based in South Korea and Australia but we have advisors and influencers all over the world. There are 4 founders who each have 5mil in Hanacoins. This is not to say that we will keep them all, we just decided to have enough coins to be able to use for whatever the future may hold. They may be used to team up with a financial institution, pay for exchange listing, we have no set use for them. We discussed having time locks on them etc but they were not feasible as we could get around them if we wanted to. We have a founders contract that states that no founder may sell or gift more than 150,000 coins per month. We are working on a new explorer to make this topic more transparent. Then everyone will be able to see that the founder's coins have not been sold. Our previous pool showed this information but we changed pool software and the explorer is not as good so we are working on a better one at the moment.
