As I understand hardfork is a kind of code change that changes the structure of a block or allows you to use previously unacceptable blocks, ur welcome, heh

Sure it has, use worldwide web to find everything, but why do you need it?
Oh, well my last question is for today, so does BTC has hardforks too?
