Yes, of course, IDEX is legit. It is one of the best decentralized exchange (if not the best) out there.
Consideration of such an exchanger, one of the best, is a very big requirement. The exchanger is good, but my score will be 7 out of 10.I think it's definitely one of the best. I would like to hear your favorites.
