I want to print some crypto merch and stay within the crypto economy.

So I'm looking for a supplier of blank items that accepts crypto.  Anyone know of such?

It's ok if you are a middleman.  Eg, if you want to buy blanks for $5 from a wholesaler and sell them to me for $6 worth of BTC we can do that, so long as markup is reasonable.
