That is not my point... anyone can scam on any domain, my point is to do a WHOIS for the domain name... but its easier for others to NOT pass a verification process through others TLDs.. I know some domain registers are STRICT as to what is listed in the WHOIS... and some don't care. So, don't take it as in NL domains could be scam. That is not true.. the idea is the user must do their research for WHOIS and Company History before starting their service.

Also, CONTACT a pool, do your own research... ask them questions before signing up. We will do some homework ourselves to help the community, but we cannot do everything ourselves... its all up to you.  and yes, I will correct myself here with the edit...
