It is probably easiest to mine coins which use the Cryptonight algorithm,  Monero (XMR) or Bytecoin (BCN) are both good options which have grown in value considerable over the past year. If you choose to mine Monero, you can do what is called dual-mining (Mining two coins at the same time) with either Digital Note or Fantom Coin.
