It is impossible to place end price of Bitcoin in USD, because USD keeps losing value and in future will way faster as so far. Would be easier to set price in gold. And as Bitcoin protocol works now bitcoin price should keep increasing but most likely protocol will get changed in upcoming 20 years. To increase bitcoin emission so network will get more secure as it would as it is set right now.
