The team look solid, the idea is also nice.
My only question is that if the team is backed by Korean Geverment, why dont you get the .kr domain instead of .sg which is a Singapore domain extension.

This may be due to the regulatory-friendly climate in Singapore for ICOs, as compared to Korea
