As more I trade ETC as more I see it is a shit coin 
It is manipulated heavily coin that have not reached no milestones at all.
Scam and lie are over around ETC.
Sure, they aim high right to summit of ETC future targets but has anyone ever ask them, do they have resources for IOT? How they going to hit such a target with small group of people?
Until it will be proven else, I will stay on my thoughts:

Can you please tell us what is the "scam and lie over ETC" ?
ETC has reached plenty of milestones and they aren't a small group of people, there is around 20+ independent developers and 3+ teams working on ETC.
I have nothing against someone saying bad things about ETC if they have proof, but your comment is plain dumb
Would you be so kind and say what ETC milestones did?
Please do not mention wallet or difficulty bomb . As either wallet has many shit coins and difficulty bomb removal was planned like on time when ETC came to life.
Maybe I missed something important and you know information more than are official?
