i was an early supporter and investor in Populous ICO.

i have invested 0.3 ether (transaction: https://etherscan.io/tx/0xc744b0c52c99e2ce977a4eab1f8db713b98d1bd5b879eb19ef44fac24005df49) in the 1st day on PreIco before you change the smart contract as i remember.  i have followed  all steps to claim my tokens but without success until this date.
i have reported my issue in all your channels and emailed your support team but without any reply.

can you please check my report and send my investment to same addy.
