Hello there, first of all I would like to congrate you for following your dream and move to middle Asia. Being European myself I know it could be easy to stay put, as it is more comfortable option 

I am new to mining, so have lot to learn but have few questions (they might be a bit primitive  ):

Is that hosting miner per person or is performance split between users?
Will it be ok to use it with nicehash?
Also, why would you not use nicehash yourself and save yourself the trouble of finding customers and managing everything? Plus you get more out a month...
