Probably not, as the increased payouts are only for a very limited time. The massive dumps we see now is from people that have accumulated over a long time and from the very beginning when difficulty was much lower. As soon as they are empty, things will start to improve again - but probably slow as those that bought during the dumps will secure their gains and so on.
