2 months later the price dropped 100 times cheaper (from 1k sats to 10 sats) his investment turn from 1k to 10 bucks. He was so upset and decided to stay away from crypto currency

That's actually one of my biggest fears. I've told friends to invest in certain coins, looked at me like whatever, and thank god because those certain coins dropped dramatically in value. I was lucky in that sense. But if put a big fear in me. What if they have listened? And also it put in my mind that there has to be lots of similar situations where some have lost a large sum of money due to listening to excited friends.
