I think TPay a Blockchain coins on itself. Reward levels too attractive project up to 25,000 coins TPay = $ 175,000 just for the project owner. A project or attract participants. 
Yes, a good reward was offered here. But the hunters did not establish this value. This was done by the team, but after, they abandoned their obligations. Not having any reasons for this.
