You can make purchases with BTC online though in quite a lot of online stores. Just google them and you'll find it.

directly from exchanges itself
- Some exchanges have online partners stores so finding a store will not be difficult.
b) directly from the online merchants
- Just like the usual online shop with BTC payment on it.
