Specifically talking bitcoin - You will never see mining support. The Ledgers and Hash power needed outweigh even most GPU's for it to be profitable let alone a modern smartphone. I know some Altcoins can be mined with smart phones however most app store policies are changing to not provide support for these programs anymore
