1. Why 2000/100000 soft/hard cap?

Implementing all solutions as parts of the project was precisely divided time- and capital-wise. We assessed the costs of respective elements based on average market prices of services required for performance. We also considered price drops and the situation on the cryptocurrency market setting such targets so as to financially secure the project’s realization.

2. Why only three people on the development team?

The projects involves more people, the three mentioned in the development team are its managers. We rely on specialists in different fields. They arent’s members of the development team, but substantially contribute to the Openartis project. With the project’s growth, the team will be supplemented with new specialists.

3. Credibility:

Of course we agree that credibility is important in today’s business. This post was added before the ICO start when the last functions of the website were almost ready. Links to LinkedIn accounts are currently in place.

4. Product:

Product, that is to say the platform, will be created soon after reaching the soft cap (at the beginning of 2019).

Sorry, but you don't need $290mln to build some application with the simple ERC20 token and you can't make me think another way. No you can't just approach public and ask $290mln just for 8 pages whitepaper, are you kidding right? Regarding team members: look, ICO researchers don't need your managers, they need a professional team that can handle the technically new and complicated project. None of your team members has experience with new technological projects at all.

It's a pure money grab and I won't change my opinion after your unprofessional answers.
