Also is there any way to get paid other than in ETH ?
I am using a coin-base account.. Do i need to use another ?

Minimum payout is 0.05, but you can write to
support@whalesburg.com in order to change it manually.
You can use coinable wallet, no need to change it.
So far we only do payouts in ETH, but in future we will consider other options
