You've only got a couple of hours left to get your money out - I managed to get mine. Log out of your account there, then log back in - you will see your balances as available and be able to withdraw immediately - email confirmations have been disabled.

I did my BTC withdrawal 12 hour ago and confirmed the epost, then the BTC left my account but haven't been sent to me Sad My VTC transfer arrived after 30 minute. So hope they are not scamers, and have run away with the BTC.
