Cost in usd is irrelevant. When you begin to value profit/loss percentage in sats you will start to see how something is truely performing. Viacoin like all alts are typically tied to bitcoin pairs not usd pairs so viacoin can be performing well but go down in usd (based on bitcoin) or vice versa. Regardless the whole market is in shambles for now, great time to buy
