Market we see green again.Is this right time to buy Altcoin?

I strongly believed that the better time to buy altcoins is today because mostly the price of altcoins are dropping by more than 50% and its beneficial for investors duea very cheap price that we can sell in higher price once the market will rise.
If we have money that we don't know what to do with them then ok it is ok to invest in altcoin but only in those that cost up to few cents because these have the potential to go to 0.10 or more which means that you can double your money easily
But I think that those that have invested in alt coins and in bitcoin then should pause a bit and see what is really going on because all these crashes have a meaning.
