I don't quite understand the concept of your business, and what exactly do you propose?... I understand that the translation is not correct, but I did not see anything new that can distinguish you from other odd plans. This is all my subjective opinion.
The idea is that you will get paid for consuming ads through transportation app. So they are uber on the blockchain with an added feature which is targeted ads. If you consume the ads you will get rewarded.
