You can trade KGT token on any Decentralized Exchange (Forkdelta, Token Store, etc). There is no need to list token for trading on such exchnages. All that you need are just ERC 20 contract address and decimals.
Also, I am sure that some centralized exchanges will want to list KGT voluntary (without official request from Kamagames side).
It depends on how enthusiastic the investors are, if Kamagames has a community that moves by itself, the possibility to list in a large exchange can still be done with a voting system.
Guys, I still want to say that DEX is not popular enough. Small volumes create a problem of sufficiency of liquidity. Ideally, any high-level project (such as Kama) should be listed on a centralized exchange from the first 10 by volume cmc
