Considering your registering date, 10/2016 means that you are aware of BTC/crypto since below 1k BTC. @ that time ppl were very excited because the market was coming back from a big bear period and there was a lot of discussion of when we would hit 1k...
That being said you should know this is another market cycle, with IMHO two big diferences:

1- Much more users are aware - that means that the next rally will be even bigger than the last one
2- A lot of coins and ICO that failed and might not recover. That menas that not every shitcoin one owns will rally with the Bull market.

So just keep a diversified portfolio, do a good research on projects and relax just a little more.
