We can't really do anything to help here.
I would suggest sending them another email or try to threeappaten legal action or something. Although, your coins might be gone. They do update wallets every so often, is the address still listed when you hit deposit on that specific account. It seems scammy that they haven't put the transaction on already although they are charging extortionate fees when you want to withdraw.
