Also, just for the record, if you're speculating about the CIA you don't necessarily need all the New World Order conspiracy bullshit. The CIA probably has a legitimate need for psuedoanonymous currencies (that can't be easily counterfeit like the US$100 bill), no reason to stick in chaotic and probably imaginary entities.
