I don't think its solely because of rejections of bitcoins etf, Even if its bear months and many of us are expecting for the market go bull but as of now it isn't many regulations and regulators are affecting the current market. Even if the bitcoin's ETF will be approved or rejected it will be a slight change for the market fluctuations value.
