In my opinion the current market is very erratic and tends to experience a continuous decline even though sometimes it rises but then prices decline again. Only need to wait and see what has happened in the past few weeks regarding prices. It will not continue to go down even though and will rise again with just a little time needed for us to wait and see the price start again good.
